SEKI Foothills Visitor Center Snow 2/23

Post by maverick »

SEKI NP:
Well, this is an unusual sight! We have accumulated snow all the way down at the Foothills Visitor Center in Sequoia National Park! Tire chains are currently required to enter the parks. Chain restrictions may change multiple times over the course of the day. For the most current roads info, call (559) 565 3341, dial 1, and then dial 1 again.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Have a safer backcountry experience by using the HST ReConn Form 2.0, named after Larry Conn, a HST member: http://reconn.org
