Does anyone know of a resource to help me with this? Living in the central valley I often admire the view of the Sierra. I am wondering if there is an image or website that helps to identify the different peaks and divides that are seen from this perspective. Thought i'd post here and see if anyone has some information about this.

Re: Identifying Sierra peaks from Fresno/valley floor
I must confess that I never consulted any additional resources about this. I've just looked at my topos and worked it out. The view on those rare clear days from Fresno is stunning.
Since my fishing (etc.) website is still down, you can be distracted by geology stuff at: http://www.fresnostate.edu/csm/ees/facu ... ayshi.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
