I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

When this story first broke several months age, several media bloggers tried to lambast the Forest Service for not giving their employees health insurance. The FS responded by pointing out they have been trying to do it for years, but congress kept blocking the required legislation. After the story became public congress quickly and quietly passed the required legislation.

Alas, it only applies to firefighters and not seasonals in general -- rangers, for instance.
Still, a great victory for them and long overdue.
