dearantler: The mushrooms in your first two photos are porcini (Boletus grandedulis). If you are lucky enough to get them before the worms (fly larvae) do, they can be cut/dried in the sun and then used to add amazing flavor to various dishes (mushroom lasagna being my favorite). The last mushroom photo is of amanita and they can be pretty dangerous.
