Hello all. Here is a trip report of my first hike of the season. Sorry for not posting this here, or on my personal site I am out of space on my one drive AND my wordspace accounts. I gonna hafta pony some more $$ but until then trailspace is kind enough to let us upload pics. Enjoy.

I assume this was 5/28 last year? I also assume there are no "quotas" on the trails. Is overnight camping allowed?

Lovely area. Looks really impressive.

Actually it was yesterday. My understanding is no permit system anywhere in France and no entrance fees.

There are restrictions on backcountry camping, trailhead signs note where “bivouac” is allowed. And there were a handful of people out with overnight gear.
