Volcan Cerro Azul, looming over young basaltic pumice plain, central Chile. This old dissected volcanic edifice is missing a substantial portion of the right flank. Reports often mistakenly conflate this with the young crater Quizapu which is just to the north which erupted in 1846 and 1932.
