Postby copeg » Wed Feb 28, 2007 11:45 am

Given the huge storm last week I decided to take last friday off and head up to get some skiing in for a few days. Rather than camping I ended up in a hotel in S. Lake Tahoe. Took some evening and morning shots of Lake Tahoe I thought I'd share. Both shots were taken near Lakeview Ave. at El Dorado Beach. First shot is sunset, shot with Fuji Velvia 100 (note the ducks that swam into the frame), second is sunrise shot with digital...

Trailblazer...Those are just so beautiful! I LOVE the second one...Lakeview Ave you can get some great views of the Lake for sure! Nice that you were able to get to Tahoe for some skiing with that fresh snow..but it is really melting fast! Did you go to Freshies for the best Fish Tacos in Tahoe? it is close to Lakeview Ave!
Thank you for posting these :) Just gorgeous work you do!
