I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

I've used body heat to help rehydrate food on stoveless trips in the past. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
In this case the date was a dead giveaway when it was posted early this year.
The instructions for one of the recipes suggests period kneading to insure mixing of the, uh, ingredients.
