As the Summer season ends and Fall begins, Summer recreational operations are coming to a close.
This season, the last day of full Forest Service operations at the Mono Basin Scenic Area Visitor Center (https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/inyo/re ... ecid=20620) is September 30th, however the book store will remain open. October 1-6, book store operation hours will be open daily 9:30-5:00. Following, days of operation will shift to Thursday-Sunday 9:30-5:00. Water fountain and water bottle refill will be available seven days a week. Bathrooms will match the ESIA book operation hours. Closure of the bookstore will be weather dependent along with the restroom facilities.
The Schulman Grove Visitor Center (https://www.fs.usda.gov/.../outdoorlearning/recarea/...) closes for the season October 19th after business hours.
Beginning October 7, The White Mountain Visitor Center (https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/inyo/re ... n/recarea/...) will begin winter operations: Open Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm and closed Saturdays through Sundays.
Additionally, a large number of campgrounds closed September 29th and more will continue to close in the upcoming weeks.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
