Shame on the littering scofflaws! But this event also indicates efforts to inform the public, regarding appropriate stewardship over these natural resources leaves room for improvement.

This has been an issue in.previous years, and the USFS brought it to OSU's and the public's attention. That problem was solved, with pressure from both.
Now two new schools are learning the lesson--I hope.
