Called the Groveland District office this morning and they told me:
Cherry Lake Road opened Nov 15, 2023 (after the damage and repairs from the heavy snows winter 2022-2023
The Cherry Valley Dam road 1N04 is open to cars now (37.97569, -119.91077)
The road to Shingle Spring 1N04 is open to cars now (38.01255, -119.88557)
Wanted to share for those of us looking for an early escape into a wilderness!

From online maps and satellite photos, Kibbie Lake appears to still be slightly snowy while Lake Eleanor is snow-free.
