1000 island lakes loop in early June?

Researching a decent loop for thousand island lake and in need of input. Looking at taking Shadow Creek, connecting with High trail, (Beginning and ending at Agnew meadows), concerned about weather as I have never gone in early June?...Thanks!

The weather will depend on the forecast, obviously. It can be lovely in June. It can also snow...althought that's true for July, too...

Best prediction? You will have mosquitoes.
