INYO campgrounds opening?
Greetings everyone just curious does anybody know if some of the campgrounds are opening up in Inyo Forest, such as Big Springs near June Lake, CA? The national Forest website and FB had no information, no dates; I tried to call and you can spend your whole day trying to get through to a human being. Lol. Thanks

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

@maverick , yes I read that list.
After snooping around the site, in the far right column,
There’s a campgrounds list but there’s no document date. Says opening Months ? ? ? Not sure how accurate it is. Thanks for the reply.

I made a reservation for a campsite at 4 Jeffrey in July, so at least it's planning to be open.

And May-Oct is not overly precise. I looked at the Sentry Playground image from a week ago (last Friday has a cloud over the campground), The road and campground are visible, no snow.

Thanks @SSSdave and @mort.
Fishing opener is the weekend, 4/24 so I’ll keep checking the INYO FS site.
