Big Pine Creek TH accessible winter?

Just curious as to current conditions-January 12, 2020 and how far you can get up the road to the TH for Big Pine creek? Thinking of doing some winter day hikes on the Eastern side--so looking for a road on Eastern side of sierra that is closest to TH--if not Big Pine creek TH any other possibilities?

Condition varies with the weather. You may want to call the ranger station to confirm the latest closure.
