Sasquatch sightings
No, it's not a belated April Fool's joke. I'm a writer working on a story about Bigfoot sightings in the Sierra--specifically, anywhere around Mammoth. He's been spotted in the area. There's a report of a track as recently as last weekend.

If you find him, please ask him if he'll do a photo shoot wearing a Topix shirt.

A number of the reported sightings in the Sierra and Lassen Peak region are hoaxes and fakes, including a few that were 'investigated' by bigfoot researchers and declared credible.

Shame on you, Markskor! Anyway, if I'd been in Mammoth that coulda been me, ya know!markskor wrote:My mother-in-law was up in Mammoth last weekend...I could see how some might make this mistake and easily confuse the two.
She does need a shave...fierce hairlip - walks hunched over...mumbles a lot.
George, I *really* like the idea of Bigfoot as ranger: now there is somebody it would be really hard to talk back to!
