Highway 180 to Cedar Grove closed for the winter today. The closed gate is just beyond the Hume Lake Cutoff.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Sad. I know it'll never happen but I wish they'd just post a sign saying "watch for rocks" and let us take our chances.
