PCT condition from Carson Pass to Round Top Lake?

Curious how much snow there is between Carson Pass and Round Top Lake? Thinking of scrambling up to Round Top for some night shooting.

This answer may be a little late, but I just heard from someone who hiked that trai todayl. She said that the trail is clear to Winnemucca and snow covered to Roundtop.
