How does one get on a NPS planning email distribution list?

So, I do know that Yose has a park planning email distribution list which i'm on. I was looking around SEKI's website but no such luck. seems they fall back to "snail mail the superintendent"

Anyone know the process to get on the SEKI park planning email list somewhere buried on their site?

Even better if nps.gov would just let you pick any park you want to be informed about with check boxes, and give an email addr. All the plans seem to be on a central site anyway.
