I noticed I took a photo this year at nearly the same place I was at last year - interesting comparison of the snow between last and this year looking southwest towards Mt. Fiske near the top of Haeckel Col. (~54 weeks apart).

Wow! That is a great comparison of the conditions, and from one of my favourite passes. The area with those lakes below is a hidden gem, even though it's so close to the JMT. Thanks for posting[emoji3]
