Words do not do justice; and, since the glory of the mountains is that even the best photos only capture a slice of the reality, I can barely imagine how stunning the scenery was in person. Not that the folks reading this need any more motivation....but, it appears you provided it anyway. Wow!

Wow!!! What beautiful photos! :) Is that Angel Wings in the photo entitled, View back towards Hamilton Lake? Whatever it is, it's an incredible granite formation.

Yes it is Angel Wings. I too always marvel at that chunk of granite
when I pass it. Thanks.
