Water on TST??
Does anyone know if there's any water flow at Helms Meadow or Rodgers Creek?

Re: Water on TST??
Just got back from our week-long hike of section 2 of the TST. Water was in short supply, but never a major issue! We found water along the western & eastern edges of Helms Meadow, but the creek that ran thru the meadow was dry. We also found a decent flow at Rodgers Creek. The trail was very faint & hard to follow at times. In-fact, we needed all resources: USGS Maps, Compass, GPS, & Altimeter. We had light afternoon thunder showers 3 out of the seven days, but other than that, the weather was perfect! This trail needs more use & a lot of trail work clearing downed trees before it just fades back into the wilderness!
