Actually in my opinion the easiest way to get to Lake 10,565 is to cross what I have taken to calling Adventurer Pass due to the fact that by going into this seldom visited area you are certainly an adventurer! By crossing this pass you can get there in just a few hours or less from the JMT.

I need to add it to the cross country passes section.

And to make this not just a talking post here is lake 10,565: When it comes to remote cross country lakes this one is certainly a favorite of mine.
