Sent in one of my Exos 58s to Osprey for it's every other year repair a couple of weeks ago. Got a package from Osprey this afternoon. Brand new Exos 58 to go with my new Atmos 65! Good way to win loyalty!

I became a big osprey fan when a friend backed over his pack with his car, admitted as much to osprey, completely his fault, yet they replaced his pack.
I'm no suture for my future.
