Which version do you prefer?
Choice number one was taken first and is a perfect mirror reflection of a vivid sky

Choice number two was taken moments after when a few gusts of wind blew through
creating some ripples in the water and giving the water/reflection an artistic quality:

Which is your cup of tea or coffee?

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Both pictures are awesome. However, I prefer the second one a bit more. The slight ripples on the water add a nice visual element to the photo.

First photo is more classic- second unique. I prefer the second because I tend to like brighter, lighter photos and it has more "radiance". Both are very good.

For me, it's definitely the second one.
I don’t need a goal destination. I need a destination that meets my goals.

I like the second one Mav.......the water comes to life in that one and gives me the perspective I would personally be after in that shot.

Second one. The rippled water gives it a more ethereal feel.

Re: Which version do you prefer?
The second one. On the first one the transition between the white clouds and the mountains is too stark, IMO. The ripples soften that and make it look better.

Re: Which version do you prefer?
The first photo may be harder to take, and that's why people may value perfect reflections. But second one looks better - more varied and interesting patterns/textures. The first one looks somewhat confusing at the first glance, as do many photos with perfect reflections.

Definitely the 2nd shot for my taste. It feels like it has more depth because of the texture of the water, & life because the water is moving.
