Ditch my BA Seedhouse footprint?

I'm considering ditching my tent footprint for an upcoming JMT. I've reviewed the pros & cons posted on not using a tent footprint, but I'm interested if anyone has specific experience with/without a footprint on a Big Agnes Seedhouse SL1 (2011 model). I'm also interested in any thoughts about this topic (ie footprint or no) in relation to the specifics of the JMT.
