Comingback from visiting family in Southern Oregon, I stopped in Mt. Shasta City to climb Black Butte. When I had come up on Friday, it was covered with snow, but by Sunday it had melted and the temperature was just right for a climb. It only took me an hour to get to the top. A nice break from the long drive that is I-5.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
