Cathedral Peak
I set up my stuff in Tuolumne Meadows for Monday evening. I was planning on shooting Lembert Dome, but saw clouds forming above Cathedral Peak, so I focused on that. The first one is trying to avoid the two trees to the left and right. Not sure if it works, but here it is regardless.

Nice colors Mike, was expecting to see to see a little more snow.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Surprisingly there isn't much in Tuolumne Meadows, but places like Mt Dana/Mt Gibbs View, it's still under snow....too much snow for me to try and walk on safely.maverick wrote:Nice colors Mike, was expecting to see to see a little more snow.

Well, OK, that's for the Vogelsang area (around 9600 ft.), but it could snow!Wednesday: Snow showers before 11am, then a chance of rain and snow showers. Some thunder is also possible. High near 48. South southwest wind between 10 and 18 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
