I did a quick tour of a handful of the canyons between Bishop and Mammoth on Sunday.
North Lake had the best color of the places I was at. Morning at the lake was especially nice.
Rock Creek had some faint reds in a few groves on the north side of the road.
Not much was happening up Convict Creek. McGee Creek was nice in the late afternoon as the sun highlighted the white bark of the aspens. Wasn't a lot of reds here, but it was still pretty.
