Salmon fillet
mayonnaise
horseradish
dijon mustard
panko bread crumbs
grated lemon peel
chopped dill
olive oil
salt & pepper
Salt and pepper salmon.
Mix equal amounts of mayo, horseradish, and mustard, just enough to spread a thin
layer on top of the salmon.
Horseradish flavor should be strong in spread.
Use enough bread crumbs to cover fillet, mix the bread crumbs, peel from 1 lemon, 2T
chopped dill, and enough olive oil to very lightly dampen the bread crumb mix.
Pat bread crumb mix on the mayo spread on the fish.
Bake 450F 8-10 min's till opaque inside, do not over cook.
