From Piute Pass (North Lake) to Onion Valley

From Piute Pass (North Lake) to Onion Valley

We are going (starting on 7/5/09 to about 7/17/09) from Onion Valley (Kearsage Pass) to North Lake (Piute Pass) . We want to leave our vehicle at Onion Valley and see if anybody is heading the opposite direction and would like their vehicle left at Onion Valley or any other nearby trailhead...Mt. Whitney, Shepard's Pass , etc. I know this is a longshot, but if it would help you out, we are willing to go for it. Our other alternative is to hitchike from North Lake to Onion Valley. Hello,
I'm planning a similar trip and I'm curious what you ended up doing with transportation to/from OV and North Lake. How did things go?
