Hi Eric,
Since I use a work computer for most of my HST visits, I suspect that it's a firewall setting that's keeping photos from coming up. I'm in the UCLA medical school, so security is handled by our IT staff, and I sporadically have to beg them for administrative privileges that they otherwise reserve for themselves(partly to avoid problems with folks unwittingly picking up bad junk). My computer runs on Windows XP Professional (2002). Internet browser is Internet Explorer version: 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254.
Don't know if this will help, but I'm guessing that I either need to lower firewall settings or get them to install an exception.
Thanks!
CG

As you've pointed out, the firewall at work may in fact be the issue. But there's one other thing you might try, and that's to update your web browser. IE 6 is two generations ago; the current version is IE 8. You might also run Windows Update to insure your computer has Service Pack 3 installed, though I don't think that's what is causing this particular issue. Just a good thing to check in to.

Hi Eric,
I'll look into version upgrades, etc and see if that helps; otherwise, I'll look into finessing the firewalls.
Thanks!
