Thanks Slepak aka Andrzej, our Polish "uberhiker." What great things did you accomplish this year? Thanks for your belated comment on this older post; it is sort of timely though, since Maverick has just posted his favorite image from the same trip- the HST Meetup in Bear Basin. Lizzie and I met up with him soon after, and enjoyed a wonderful experience with a lot of other HSTers. You should plan one of your epics to coincide with an HST Meetup... if you can manage to plan that well from far away Illinois? I believe next year's meetup will be worthy of your wild, off-trail efforts-- we may meetup in the hallowed ground of Tehipite Valley. We could go together Andrzej-- see PM. Cheers, Ian.
