Campfires in Mono Creek area?

Campfires in Mono Creek area?

I have an upcoming trip to Mono Creek / Recesses in the John Muir Wilderness. Are campfires permitted below 10,000 feet in this area? I saw conflicting information for Inyo National Forest (Stage 1 fire restrictions) so I'm not sure.
