You will have no problem with crossing any of the Cherry creek forks and many of the seasonal water sources are still available.

Last unclouded Sentinel Hub image of the Emigrant region shows little remaining snow in areas below 9.5k but plenty above that below ridge lines of shaded north facing slopes. I returned Sunday from a few days of work about Tuolumne Meadows via SR108 over nearby Sonora Pass and it is the same there. SR108 road side water levels in the Middle Fork of the Stanislaus River that drain much of the higher Emigrant region, are still so high that it makes anything but heavy lead sinker on the bottom bait fishing, difficult. The East Fork of Cherry Creek doesn't drain much of the higher areas so ought be quite fordable. Recent bouts of mid summer monsoon weather have kept much of the Sierra Crest and east side zones amazingly green for this late period of summer, thus many wildflowers and greenery like a normal late July.
