Inyo NF:
White Mountain Road is open, but only drivable up to the Sierra View Vista Point. After that, patchy snow conditions make driving unsafe; however this will continue to improve as snow melts. You’ll have to hike/snowshoe about 1.5 miles in for now.
Schulman Grove Visitor Center will not be open until about mid-June.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Thanks for the updates Maverick. Are we correct to assume you have been skiing about on in the Whites? Was it as windy as ever? Any sheep? Congratulations for getting up there.
