Yeah I read them too. I think this is the first time in 12 years they were able to ski from the gate by Lee Vining to TM is what I read. I hope we get a lot of snow this winter, we need it.

I look forward to their reports weekly. They are a real resource for us missing the Sierra through winter. I can't remember where I found an interview with them several weeks back but I came away from it seeing them as the perfect couple for the winter ranger task. It would be nice if they could continue reporting from their summer positions also.

Makes me yearn for one more ski this year. Do any of you know, in average snow years, if Saddlebag lakes will be skiable over Memorial Day weekend?

Thanks so much Balzacomm! I had no idea there even were winter rangers out there! They are Telemarking down that slope. YES!!! I am a dedicated free healer, always have been and always will be!!
