Great news! Glacier Point Road will open Friday, April 30, at 8 am (conditions permitting). While the road will be open, trails in the area are still snowy and/or flooded. If hiking in the area, please be prepared to turn around if snow begins to obscure the trail. The Four Mile Trail will remain closed due to hazardous conditions between Glacier Point down to near Union Point. Wilderness permit reservations for overnight hikes with trailheads on Glacier Point Road will become available for trips starting May 3 (see https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/wildpermits.htm for details).

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
