I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

That is crazy! I can't believe some people would think that a bear couldn't run downhill. Bears are incredibly capable. Maybe these are the same people who think that hanging a bag 6 feet off the ground will prevent a bear from reaching it. Haha! Glad he made it away from the bear safely.
