Arsonist suspect caught

Arsonist suspect caught

I was listening to the radio this morning and they mentioned that a suspect had been arrested, suspected of starting numerous fires up north here around the Chico area and in the mountains. The most recent being the Colby fire which only burned 260 acres.

Found hanging in his cell at the Butte County Jail. Found by a correctional officer making the routine round of checks at 3:45 AM.
