Roads are open with chain controls from 17 miles north of Bishop to 3 miles north of Bridgeport.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Mono Co Sheriffs Dept:
395 is still closed from the South Junction of 158 (June Lake) to Bridgeport. Chains are required on 395 from Bishop to June Lake and from Bridgeport to 108 (Sonora Pass).
We recommend that all travel in Mono County be limited to emergency situations. If you absolutely must drive, clear the snow and ice off your vehicle and turn on your headlights.
