Well, I've barely been anywhere, but here are my picks regardless

Ansel Adams Wilderness: Ritter and Banner from Thousand Island Lake
John Muir Wilderness Central: Marie Lake from Selden Pass
JMW West: Crabtree Lake in Bench Valley
JMW East: view west from Mt Whitney summit
Kings Canyon NP: uppermost Glacier Lake on Monarch Divide
Sequoia NP: Kaweah Peaks from island in lowest lake in Kaweah Basin
Sequoia NF: Silver Lake south of Shotgun Pass

Here are my first thoughts, before reading anyone else's answers:

Desolation Wilderness: Crystal Range reflected in Lake Aloha at sunrise
Emigrant Wilderness: Endless granite slopes of Cherry Creek canyon
Yosemite (Valley): Half Dome from Awahnee meadow
Yosemite (outside of the Valley): view to Mt Lyell and glacier from basin at head of Kuna Creek
Hoover Wilderness: view upstream from Piute Meadow
Ansel Adams Wilderness: Banner Peak viewed across Thousand Island Lake
John Muir Wilderness Central: Area south of Mammoth (Duck Lake) to the top of Kings Canyon: Red Slate Mountain over the green meadow above Tully Lake
JMW West: Area west of Kings Canyon, from the Ward Mountains down Rogers Ridge near Spanish Lakes: too long since I've been here to remember!
JMW East: Area East of Kings Canyon, from Upper Golden Trout Lake down to Cottonwood Lakes: Temple Crag viewed over Second Lake (Big Pine Creek)
Kings Canyon NP: Sapphire Lake (or anywhere else in Evolution Basin)
Sequoia NP: Tablelands, particularly east edge looking across Deadman Canyon to Kaweah Peaks.

Desolation Wilderness: Highland Lake; Top Lake views (to west).
Emigrant Wilderness: Iceland L.
Yosemite (Valley): View from Glacier Point
Yosemite (outside of the Valley): Mts Lyell & Maclure from N., Matthes Crest-Cathedral etc. ("Cockscomb area") viewed from anywhere, Nance Peak and waterfall upstream of Edyth L., upper part of Lyell Fork Merced R. basin, headwaters of Return Creek.
Hoover Wilderness: Saddlebag L. area, East Lake area.
Ansel Adams Wilderness: views from Lake Ediza and Thousand Island Lake both have a lot going for them, but so does the view of Ritter from the west side from Twin Island Lakes; the east side of Kuna Peak & north side of Koip Pk as viewed from the Koip-Parker trail is amazing, too.
(JMW below will simply be west-of-crest or east-of-crest because it's hard to specify where west and central boundaries are)
JMW West: Blackcap Basin; Bear Basin; W. Fork Pinnacles Creek
JMW East: So many memorable spots, too: Convict Canyon; Little Lakes Valley--the classic views southward to Bear Creek Spire, Dade & Abbot, Spire Lake and views of Bear Creek Spire, Sabrina Basin especially the views toward Mt Haeckel and Picture Peak, Temple Crag viewed from many places; view of Mt Williamson cresting the first saddle (below Anvil Camp) en route to Shepherd Pass.
Kings Canyon NP: Basin downstream of Tunemah L; Amphitheater Lake; Window Lake; Dumbbell Lakes; Ionian Basin.
Sequoia NP: Kaweah Basin, Upper Kern three-lobed lake (I think some folks call this "Casper"), Precipice L, Valhalla & Angel Wings.

Upper Kern three-lobed lake (I think some folks call this "Casper")

There was incredible fishing in this lake for big rainbows in the 1960's. Downstream, you could catch a golden with every cast. The upper Kern is a magical place.

Hoover Wilderness: Pass above Miller Lake looking into Matterhorn Canyon
Ansel Adams Wilderness: Twin Island Lakes and the North Fork basin
John Muir Wilderness Central: 5th Lake
JMW West: Fourth Recess
JMW East: Mt. Whitney
Kings Canyon NP: Rae Lakes/Kearsage Pass
