Snow pack levels are changing daily along Tioga Pass Road. There are still significant amounts of snow at the Tioga Pass Entrance Station.
Tioga Road

The Tioga Road remains closed to all vehicular traffic, including bicycles. Melting snow is causing water to run over the road in multiple locations, creating a safety hazard. The park is diligently working to ensure that adequate sanitation facilities are in place to meet visitor needs and to protect the water quality in the Tuolumne River watershed. The road will remain closed until the impacted power, communications, water and sewer systems are operational to meet the needs of park staff and visitors. There is no estimated opening date. The Tioga Road is closed to vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians from South Fork Bridge (6.5 miles east of Tuolumne Grove/NatureBridge in the Crane Flat area) to Tioga Pass.
Tioga Road (continuation of Highway 120 through the park) will open on Thursday, June 29, at 8 am! No food, lodging, or gas will be available along the road. Tamarack Flat Campground will be the only open campground (it fills early every day). While the road will be open, hikers should expect snowy and/or flooded conditions on trails. Please stop by the Tuolumne Meadows Wilderness Center (open 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) to get trail conditions before hiking in the area.

The Tioga Road will open on Thursday, June 29, 2017, at 8 am, conditions permitting.
Bicycles will be allowed on the road beginning on Wednesday, June 28, at 8 am.
Note that the trails are still a mess with snow, so it won't be a cake walk.. And based on the current snow load, the skeeter conditions haven't peaked yet. Some of the bridges in the area are out. Be safe.
Passed through TM this morning...surprisingly most snow gone in the Meadow...some patchy snow at 8,800 but looks easily do-able to 10,000. High heat melting all. Only the high water (full sewer basin) thing is holding things up at campground and store.
Phil, friend and store painter (see Aramark truck), says maybe 3 weeks more might be needed till open. Stay tuned!

Do you know if the bridges in the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne are still standing? Several years ago the bridge below Waterwheel Falls washed out and was rebuilt (although it took several months before the bridge was rebuilt).
anyone know status of the TM ranger station and long term parking? Don't really care for camping or store, but in about 10 days we plan to park up there and grab a permit to head south.

Yosemite NP 6/30:
The trail to Glen Aulin has several creek crossings where a wade is required. Crossings are about 2.5 ft deep with some of the crossings having swiftly moving water. Below Glen Aulin there are sections of slow cold moving water over the trail up to 200 feet long and 3 feet deep. When not flooded the trail is wet and muddy. There is severe damage at the Conness Creek footbridges at Glen Aulin requiring a wade or using a downed log to access the backpacker’s camp. The PCT is mostly snow free with a few drifts until Virginia Canyon where snow coverage is nearly 100%. Further, the crossing of McCabe and Return Creeks are particularly hazardous at this time and is not recommende
I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Tioga Road is now open to traffic. Trailheads along the road are now open, but hikers should be prepared for winter like conditions on trails.
From this, I would assume parking is available, but call them just to make sure.
