Tried this new Organic, Gluten-Free, Green Pea Pasta, it is high in protein and fiber, tastes quite good, and it has a 5-6 minute cooking time, which is not bad. Might make a good alternative to those folks wanting to get away from wheat or gluten too.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Sounds better then what Russ? This thread has nothing to do about who's pasta is better or comparing recipes. It was about providing information on a tasty alternatives/options to wheat pasta, for folks who may be gluten sensitive or may want a wheat free option.Tom's home-made puttanesca sounds better..
