Stream Xing Front End Article Help

I'm looking for someone who is willing to help out by writing a HST front end article on Sierra stream/river crossing basics, check-list(s), resources, etc. The article should be timeless (i.e. not just based on this season, but covering big years like this), informative (pictures are a BIG plus and nearly essential), a good-natured attitude with humor is always helpful in keeping a reader engaged.
