Been a while since I've posted up some stuff. So thought I'd post a few vids from the end of March on the ice and the first open water video of the day out with the kids catching some big rainbows.

Looks cold and flat out there. Where are you located? I used to do a lot of hiking and climbing in the Selkirks. Not sure how close you are to pacific northwest, but they have had a cold and long winter too. Nice fish. I have only ice-fished once and caught nothing.

Haha... the ice is always flat out here. We have rolling hills in alberta, not as flat as east of us. I live in the Vancouver BC area but that Ice fishing stuff was a combination for Alberta Canada and Cascade Idaho which is in the mountains.
