Rubicon Peak North Side, Lonely Gulch Parking?

Does anybody have any current knowledge of the parking at the end of the road in the neighborhood at the lonely gulch trailhead that heads up towards the north side of Rubicon peak? Someone told me that they heard there are now signs (and possible towing/tickets placed) saying that parking is for neighborhood residents only and I just would like to confirm this if possible....Thanks JB :drinkers:
