Do they diligently snowplow the lodgepole/wolverton rd?
Its supposed to snow a lot today in the Lodgepole/wolverton area and i would like to go up there soon but have no idea when the road will be cleared...Do they clear it asap since its a NP?And also is there a fee area in winter?

Yes.The road from Three rivers not the road from Grant Grove. Check the SEKI webpage for road conditions.

It's always a fee area. Same entry fee as always. The wilderness permits are self registration and free, however. People were chaining up at Hospital Rock last weekend - we helped a few people discover the rental chains wouldn't work on their cars....
