Snow!
8" of snow in Bend. Couldn't help myself and headed up and skied for 1 1/2 hours. No pics but it was white on the ground and in the air. Looked out the window as I was typing this and this is what I saw:
We have quite the urban deer herd in Bend so this really isn't unusual.Mike

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Sierra should accumulate several of feet after this storm blows thru, parts of the Bay Area has already received upward of 7-8" of rain today with flash flood watches everywhere. Russ, have you gotten your boat ready?
