yeah i did a bunch of internet-tab-opening about the hoover/matterhorn/slide area after maverick's suggestion. that (on-trail) loop has actually been our backup smoke/fire plan the last two years that we went to SEKI, but i wasn't aware of all the relatively easy off trail stuff right there as well. looks great.Asolthane wrote:I just posted a trip report of that route.
