Washing a NF Cat's Meow (sleeping bag) and backpack...?

Seriously, what would be the best way to wash that synthetic bag? I would guess a laundry mat side load machine. But what soap, and drying?

And then the pack, Bora 65. Bought off e-bay. Good condition, but has what looks like a little grease on it. Absolutly no rotten areas, but stored poorly. I guess I could throw it in a side load machine too, then air dry it.

What do you guys (and gals) think?

Found my own answer:

Mild powder soap, front load machine, low to no heat on dryer. Now I just need to figure out what brand. Google is my friend...
